Auxiliary Bishop of the Donetsk Exarchate Pays Working Visit to Partners in Germany and Austria

Bishop Maksym Ryabukha, Auxiliary Bishop of the Donetsk Exarchate of the UGCC, together with delegates, visited dioceses and charitable partner organizations in Germany and Austria.

This was reported by the press service of the Donetsk Exarchate.

During the meetings, the bishop expressed gratitude for their unwavering support of Ukraine, which is vital in times of war. He also discussed with his partners the current situation in Ukraine, particularly in the Donetsk Exarchate, identifying priority areas for further cooperation.

Particular attention was given to the issue of ensuring Ukraine’s energy security, as Russian shelling of the energy system has created a critical situation for millions of Ukrainians.

Bishop Maksym and the delegates shared their experiences from the previous winter and the current situation. Together with their partners, they identified concrete steps to provide the necessary assistance.
