His Beatitude Sviatoslav Congratulates Members of the WFUWO on the 75th Anniversary of the Organization’s Foundation

“Your organization operates in 33 countries,” said His Beatitude Sviatoslav in his letter, “so we may be confident that in these places, through your members, people will know the truth about Ukraine and its heroic struggle. Scattered all over the world, you are like piano keys, creating a single melody that cannot but reach the listener’s soul. If you are not heard and understood, your voice sounds like a forte, and if you are heard but slowly start being forgotten, you sound like a gentle but convincing piano. It creates the harmony you have given the world through your ministry for 75 years.”

The Patriarch noted that he was writing this letter during a brutal war against Ukraine. He thanked the WFUWO for their assistance over the past year and a half and asked its members to be the voice of truth about Ukraine and its struggles in the cities and villages where they reside worldwide.

“Through the prayers of the Most Holy Theotokos, may the Lord God bless you richly and guide you in your meetings,” His Beatitude Sviatoslav wished.
