The first meeting of the newly elected board of the UGCC Association of Ukrainian Canonists convenes
On February 15, the first meeting of the newly elected board of the Association of Ukrainian Canonists of the UGCC was held at the Pilgrim’s House in the pilgrimage site of the Lviv Archeparchy in the village of Stradch.
The meeting was attended by Fr. Roman Shafran, chairman of the society; Fr. Stepan Kuzyshyn, deputy chairman of the association; Sister Magdalena Nadia Vytvytska, OSBM; Fr. Serhiy Stesenko, members of the board of directors; Fr. Petro Protsiv, secretary-treasurer; and Fr. Roman Ivantsiv, chairman of the audit committee of the association.
At the beginning, Fr. Roman Shafran delivered a welcoming speech to the audience. During the meeting, the attendees reviewed current affairs, plans for scientific activities, and preparations for the General Meeting of the Society.
