“The celebration of your anniversary is a great event for all of us,” the Head of the Church addressed Bishop Taras, “Together with you, we offer our prayers to the altar of the Almighty, thanking Him for calling you to the path of faithful dedication to the Church and our people.”
His Beatitude Sviatoslav recalled that 15 years ago, Bishop Taras Senkiv received his episcopal ordination from the hands of Patriarch Lubomyr of blessed memory, which became a fountain of God’s generous graces for the priests and laity of our Church in the vast territory of the Stryi Eparchy.
“Asking the merciful Lord to reward you a hundredfold for your efforts, we express our heartfelt gratitude, honor, and recognition,” the Primate of the Church said in his congratulatory letter.
“We wish you abundant God’s blessings, the help of the Holy Spirit in all your endeavors for the glory of God and the good of our Church and people — for many blessed years,” the Head of the UGCC wished the Stryi Eparchy.
