US Secretary of State and UK Foreign Secretary visit UGCC Cathedral in London
June 20, on World Refugee Day and in the lead-up to the Ukraine Recovery Conference, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly, and State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleksandr Bankov visited the Holy Family Greek Catholic Cathedral in London. The guests were welcomed by Reverend Kenneth Nowakowski, Bishop of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of the Holy Family.

The U. S. Secretary of State, the U. K. Foreign Secretary, and the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine also visited the Ukrainian Welcome Center, operated at the UGCC Cathedral in London since the beginning of the full-scale war. There, internally displaced persons from Ukraine can receive counseling and support to help them adapt to life in the U. K.
As reported, on June 21–22, a conference on Ukraine’s recovery will be held in London, where more than 1,000 foreign officials from more than 60 countries, business leaders, and global investors will discuss ways to help Ukraine rebuild.
