Audiobook of His Beatitude Lubomyr Husar’s Reflections Published in Lviv
On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the birth of His Beatitude Lubomyr Husar, the press service of the Lviv Archeparchy, together with the Lviv Theological Seminary of the Holy Spirit, released an audiobook of his reflections, Heritage-Inspired Thoughts.
As it is known, the Synod of Bishops of the UGCC in Ukraine proclaimed 2023 the year of His Beatitude Lubomyr Husar. On this occasion, the press service of the Lviv Archeparchy published an audiobook, “Heritage-Inspired Thoughts,” which features valuable insights from the Father and Head of the UGCC (2001–2011).
Lubomyr Husar’s book Heritage-Inspired Thoghts was published in print by Svichado Publishing House in 2018.
“We chose this book for several reasons. First, because it covers various current topics, it was also the most popular edition among readers. And the small format worked well. The recordings, divided into sections, help to navigate different topics. Perhaps this is the first audiobook published in the Lviv Archeparchy in a professional format. I am glad that we were able to succeed. I am especially grateful to the Metropolitan for believing in our idea and prayerfully supporting us,” said Fr.
